A new urban, green and forward-looking district is to be created in Hattingen on the 100,000 m² inner-city site. In addition to new, promising jobs, attractive housing options new infrastructure and supply facilities will also be created to serve the surrounding area.

Karlsquartier Dortmund

Dortmund-Westfallenhütte

A new residential area with 800 apartments is to be created on the 67,000 m² site in Dortmund city center.

Apartments, retail, schools and daycare centers with a total area of around 104,000 m² are to be built over several construction phases.
IMMOWERK is developing the project together with BPD Immobilienentwicklung GmbH in a partnership model and Vivawest as co-developer on its own construction site.

Dortmund-Gartenstadt

Max-Eyth-Straße

The 1.7 hectare property in the “Garden City” district of Dortmund offers development potential for a gross floor area of around 30,000 m². In addition to the construction of around 230 apartments including publicly subsidized housing, the provision of commercial space is also planned.

Planning: PBS Architects, 1st prize urban development qualification process.

IMMOWERK is implementing the urban development with the project partner Instone Real Estate Development GmbH.

Light Industrial park Beuler Höhe

Hattingen

In Hattingen we are further developing the approximately 10,000 m² Beuler Höhe site. Since the purchase and the previous owner moving out, we have attracted new tenants from industries such as logistics and storage. Our focus is on sustainability: we modernize with triple-glazed windows, new heating systems and the installation of photovoltaic modules. We preserve the majority of the inventory, but improve its quality. With this initiative we are promoting new jobs and strengthening the local economy in Hattingen.

IMMOWERK as portfolio holder

We don’t just build, we also take long-term care of the apartments in our portfolio. For example, in recent years we have modernized many properties in energy-efficient and equipped them with new windows, doors, heating systems and thermal insulation.
