Portfolio
IMMOWERK’s portfolio primarily consists of manage-to-core residential assets across Western Germany, with a strategic focus on mid-sized cities and stable, high-growth metropolitan regions.
With a high degree of diversification across asset classes, tenants, and locations, our IMMOWERK 360° Living Strategy encompasses condominiums, public subsidised housing, micro-apartments, and senior living concepts. Additionally, we are actively engaged in select development projects, particularly within large-scale urban district developments.
IMMOWERK invests in its real estate portfolios and holdings as well as development projects both directly and through majority stakes.
